On 14th December 2016 Barry White and Andy Vodden travelled to London to attend the first Provincial Representatives Meeting of the new Masonic Charitable Foundation.
At the meeting they were informed that the MCF supports over 5,000 Freemasons and their Families every year and now with a single staff team, with one point of contact, one set of eligibility criteria and one set of forms, the MCF are hoping to provide better and more extensive support to the Masonic Community in the years ahead.
The MCF also gives over £5Million per year to support charities at home and overseas.
David Innes stated that the Foundation is here to support the whole Masonic Community. His fear is that many Freemasons do not know about them and the help that is readily available. He asked all of us to spread the word so that the MCF can get the support that we as Freemasons have so generously provided for, to all those who really need it.
